2. Data We Process

In connection with a booking/enquiry we process: first and last name, address, e-mail address, phone number, booking and stay data, payment data and, where legally required (e.g. registration obligations), identity document data.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Processing takes place to initiate and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations such as tax and registration requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and, where applicable, on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), e.g. for communication and fraud prevention.

4. Recipients / Disclosure

Data is disclosed to: the booking and website provider Smoobu (Smoobu GmbH), the payment provider (depending on the chosen payment method, e.g. credit card or PayPal provider), any booking portals/channel managers, and authorities to the extent legally required. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with processors.

5. Storage Period

We store data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods (in particular commercial and tax law, up to 10 years).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). A message to info@bonetfairhomes.com is sufficient to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies / Website

The booking site uses technically necessary cookies. Optional cookies (e.g. analytics) are only used with your consent.

8. Right to Complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the state of your habitual residence or at the controller's registered office.
