§ 1 Scope and Contracting Party

These Terms & Conditions apply to the booking and temporary provision of furnished apartments (short/mid-term accommodation or fixed-term rental) by Bonetfair Services GmbH, Im Buchwald 39, 70186 Stuttgart, Germany (the „Landlord“). Deviating terms of the guest do not become part of the contract unless the Landlord expressly agrees in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of apartments on the website does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting a booking, the guest makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon the Landlord's booking confirmation (by e-mail).

§ 3 Services

The Landlord provides the booked, furnished apartment for the agreed period, including the described amenities. Additional services (e.g. final cleaning, linen) apply only where expressly agreed.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

The prices stated at the time of booking apply, including statutory VAT where applicable. Utility costs (electricity, water, heating, internet) are included in the price unless stated otherwise. Payment is made as agreed (e.g. credit card, PayPal or bank transfer) as per the booking confirmation. The Landlord may require full payment or a deposit before arrival.

§ 5 Security Deposit

The Landlord may require a security deposit of one month's rent. The deposit is refunded after the end of the contract and proper return of the apartment within 14 days, less any justified claims (e.g. damages, outstanding amounts).

§ 6 Arrival and Departure (Check-in / Check-out)

Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out until 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed. Late departure without prior agreement may incur an additional charge.

§ 7 Guest Obligations / House Rules

The guest undertakes to treat the apartment with care, comply with the house rules, not exceed the agreed number of occupants and not sublet without consent. Damage must be reported without delay.

§ 8 Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

For accommodation provided for a specific date, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Section 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The cancellation terms shown at booking apply:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellation from 30 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking price.
• Cancellation from 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100%.

The Landlord credits saved expenses and any re-letting.

§ 9 Withdrawal by the Landlord

The Landlord may withdraw from the contract if payment is not made despite a reminder, if force majeure makes performance impossible, or if the booking was based on misleading information.

§ 10 Liability

The Landlord is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence, the Landlord is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. No liability is assumed for items brought in by the guest, to the extent legally permissible.

§ 11 Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Landlord's Privacy Policy.

§ 12 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is – where permissible – the Landlord's registered office. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
